John V. Pinkos & Sons Landscaping was started in the 1971 by John Pinkos. A high school graduate of New Hartford, then a college graduate of Paul Smiths College with a degree in Forestry & Horticulture, John has a wealth of knowledge and experience in bringing out the best in plant foliage. Since his start in 1971 John has strived to bring the highest in quality to Upstate New York. He has put that strive into both his sons since his retirement from the company in 2006.

Kevin Pinkos  is the current CEO and president of John V. Pinkos & Sons Landscaping.  Kevin is a  graduate of Holland Patent High School and a college graduate of HCCC with a degree in business management and accounting.

Steven Pinkos  is the current COO and vice president of John V. Pinkos & Sons Landscaping. Steven is also a graduate of Holland Patent High School and a college graduate of SUNY Cobleskill with a degree in landscape development and business management.

Pinkos Landscaping's Hardscape and Landscape Services are available for all of Upstate New York. These include the Utica, Rome, New Hartford, Clinton, Herkimer, Ilion, Oneida, Syracuse, Madison, Old Forge, and all surrounding areas. Our Maintenance Services are availiable in Oneida and Herkimer Counties only.

At Pinkos Landscaping we are always continuing our education and learning to bring you the newest ideas and the latest trends. Throughout the year we get certified from several educators and business to help you, the customer. After 40 years we have also received  several awards. 

We are now an Authorized Belgard Contractor, one of only a few serving Central New York.
